Payments
We are currently only accepting certified bank checks or postal money orders due to previous fraud attempts with PayPal. Payments must clear before the lizard will be shipped.

Shipping
All shipments are sent overnight via UPS, with 10:30 A.M. next day delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the package at the time of delivery. If the animal is delivered without a signature, or if the shipment is missed, any guarantee is void. If you live in an area where UPS can not deliver by 10:30 A.M. Next Day, the guarantee is also void.

If you live in the Southern California area, we may deliver the lizard, or you may meet us halfway.

Please Note:  We reserve the right to delay shipping when temperatures are above or below what we deem safe for the animal.

Guarantee
Signature is required upon delivery.

At the time of shipment, we ensure that your lizard is eating both veggies and live food on a consistent basis.
Before and after you receive your lizard, we offer unlimited assistance, including cage set up assistance, food and vitamin requirements, and any overall guidance we can offer. We want to make sure that both you and the lizard are happy. You may contact us at any time for assistance.

At your request, we will also send pictures of both parents and a birth certificate.

We guarantee the lizard for five days after you have received him or her, as long as the package is signed for and arrives within our shipping guidelines. After that period, it will be a judgment call on our part whether we will offer a refund, which will be based on your husbandry and the reason for the requested refund. In order for a refund to be considered, the lizard must be returned at the expense of the purchaser. If you lizard arrives D.O.A. or dies within the five day guarantee, we may require proof, including, if necessary, that you sent the body back to us.
